The lock screws intersect a 30¢X angle with axis accompany with special threading design which makes the braking copper perfectly attached to threading surface to secure high stability and precision.
The lock screws intersect a right angle with axis, which are designed for restricted space. They could be replaced by MF series if possible.
MKR Series Precision Locknuts
The series is specially designed to generate powerful braking capacity due to deformation of lock nut itself, which makes the male and female threads contact tightly together.
When applied to the rotating spindle of machine tool, it will effectively prevent the spindle from distortion and improve precision of assembly , simple set up, and prolong life of machine etc.,
When applied to other fields, the problems of measuring, adjusting and the deformation after bolt being locked etc., all can be improved effectively.
